Philip IV Description

Here, there is the portrait of Philip IV created by Velazquez in 1624. He is standing alone with only a desk to his left (our right). He is wearing a large black jacket and leggings. Additionally, he has no facial hair and has light brown hair on his forehead. On the black jacket, he is wearing a gold chain and an emblem represented that of the golden fleece. All in all, Philip comes off as noble but innocent.
